Ally Processing Team Analys in Lewisville, Texas

Assist Managers as needed regarding daily funding questions from the team, as well as issues and/or processes related to the Consumer Operations in order to provide Best in Class service to dealers and customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Train and develop Processors through side-by-side coaching

  • Handle escalated issues from Dealers, Underwriting, Account Executives, etc.: promptly investigate and simplify complex problems.

  • Complete Audits of new hire discounting work product Educate on quality and compliance.

  • Assist in daily management and monitoring of EASE Processor queues

  • Monitor and maintain acceptable levels of aged contracts, assist Resolution Specialist and Front End Processor daily


  • HS diploma or equivalent required. Associate / Bachelor's degree in business related discipline preferred. 3+ years in customer service or financial services industry is needed. Prior leadership experience is needed. Education may be used as a proxy for experience.

  • Ability to perform technical based activities

  • Knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts.

  • Leveraging technical expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results
