Ally Processing Resolution Specialist in Lewisville, Texas

Engages with dealers and matrix partners in order to complete discounting and other contract funding / booking related activities. Has achieved subject matter expertise status and is able to attain maximum production while

complying with company policies and procedures. Maintains industry best in class dealer service and processing turn times.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ability to work in a high volume environment while achieving cycle time and accuracy requirements.

  • Respond to incoming dealer phone calls or e-mails regarding general program information or customer specific questions.

  • Solve problems related to contract pricing and program terms.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities; collaborate with peers and management to communicate improvement suggestions.

  • Perform various additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor which may or may not be included in the position duties and responsibilities.

  • Provide a high level of service to dealers, matrix partners and CPC employees regarding contract corrections and Ally programs and services.

  • Serve as a processing subject matter expert; requires ongoing training of product enhancements and programs.

Qualifications

  • HS diploma or equivalent required. 3+ years' contract processing experience. Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in business or related may be used as a proxy for the experience.

  • Performs high level technically based processing activities and/or supporting tasks

  • Requires intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

  • Intermediate written and oral communication skills

  • Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Consistently meets established productivity and turnaround time goals.
