As a part of the Dealer Credit team, the Credit Associate is responsible for providing support to the Operations Manager in Credit Administration
Process Dealer Wholesale transactions that suspend
Maintain Open Items: Research and process wholesale open items in general ledgers
Process dealer wholesale charges and curtailments when payment received
Process renewals/adjustments for Dealer Demonstrators and Shop Rentals
Research and process entries to clear exception reporting for the following items:
Duplicate inventory entries: wholesale to wholesale dealers, wholesale to retail, wholesale to IBL.
Wholesale payment suspense exception report
Process new dealer floor plan receivables; manual process to book dealer inventory
HS diploma or equivalent required.
2 + years' experience in financial services or similar industry. Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in business or related may be used as a proxy for the experience.
Performs clerical, administrative and technically based activities and/or supporting tasks
Typically requires intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Intermediate written and oral communication skills
Understanding of Automotive / RV dealership wholesale / retail / loan administration a plus
