Ally Manager - Processing in Costa Mesa, California

Provide daily oversight to Contract Processing staff to grow the operation in support of company's vision and values. Focus areas include achieving business plan objectives typically across multiple product lines, ensuring sound business practices that will satisfy audit requirements, hiring and motivating the team, mentoring and developing leaders, coaching and counseling employees as needed, minimizing employee turnover, assessing training needs, representing Consumer Credit Operations in a professional manner to clients, and driving the team to deliver best in class service.

Job Responsibilities

Train and develop Contract Processors through one on one coaching, monitoring and audit.

Meet quality standards and assigned productivity metrics.

Monitor and maintain acceptable levels of aged contracts.

Work collaboratively with the HRBPs and the leadership team on staffing issues.

Maintain subject matter knowledge to provide support as needed, both internally, and across the organization.

Provide daily direction and communication to employees so that Contract Processing functions are performed in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.

Administer performance evaluations and salary treatment consistent with company guidelines

Participate in and or lead special projects on behalf of the CPC

Recognized by others as an expert and is sought out by others for subject matter expertise.


  • HS diploma or equivalent required. Associate/Bachelor's degree in business related discipline preferred. 4+ years' experience in the financial services industry is needed. 4+ years' leadership experience is needed.
