Ally Sr. Digital Product Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina
Reporting to the Product Manager, the Sr. Product Analyst is in a supporting role which follows management's direction in optimizing online customer experience within a given product set.
This individual will be responsible for ensuring an optimal online customer experience for various parties. The Product Analyst is responsible for gathering, documenting, and providing business requirements, system requirement specification reviews, analytics requirements, and user acceptance testing for projects and releases that impact the digital channels.
Bachelor degree in business, marketing, information systems, or a related field or equivalent work experience
3-5years of experience monitoring site access patterns to identify customer habits and use them to the organization's advantage.
Ability to conduct research regarding online consumer trends so that the most effective electronic techniques can be utilized.
Experience with VOC web-based initiatives

The Integrated Channels and Experience (ICE) team is responsible for the deployment and delivery of an end to end customer experience through our Digital and Customer Care Channels (e.g. phone, chat, email, desktop, mobile, etc.). ICE is a team of design, product management and business operations professionals who are responsible for the strategy, execution and ongoing support of Ally's consumer and dealer online and mobile channels. Team members work collaboratively across all Ally Lines of Business to develop policy, procedure and changes impacting customers, or those who service the customer in an effort to deliver a world-class customer experience.
